DELIVERY POLICY

    All orders will be processed the same day or the next day and will be sent using Puralator, Fedex or USPS services. The coats will be sent in special cardboard boxes for maximum protection.

    Standard delivery : Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

    Express delivery : Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

    All orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.

    Delivery times might be slightly longer in certain rural areas.

    Duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

     

    RETURN POLICY

    Holiday Season. Due to the high shipping and duty prices, all the orders will be considered as final sale.

    All orders with more than 30% off price are considered FINAL SALE.

    You may return your unused product for a full refund within 21 days of the delivery date. Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Items must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Returns are subject to inspection once returned. If items are not in their original form/condition, we reserve the right to refuse your return and keep your item(s).

    All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

    • Coats and Jackets: $35 restocking fee per item

    These amounts will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    To complete your return, we require your order number.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    To validate your return, please include in your email the information below:

    • Order number
    • Style name
    • Color
    • Size
    • Return reason among the following: too small, too big, wrong colour, article or defect (with a description of the issue).

    Not eligible for a return

    • Orders that have more than 22 days
    • Accessories
    • Final sale items 
    • Items with more than 30% of discount
    • Items that are not in their original form/condition

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Exchanges

    We are unable to offer exchanges online. The easiest way to proceed is to return items and place a new order.
