• All goods are carefully inspected to ensure the quality of our products and are expertly packaged to ensure trouble-free delivery.

OOKPIK is pleased to offer 1-year warranty from the date of the purchase of the goods that covers manufacturing defects only.

If one of our products has a manufacturing or material defect, OOKPIK undertakes to repair it.

• Manufacturing: Including seams, sewing ribbons and construction
• Materials: including zippers, fabrics, snap buttons, etc…
• Our warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear of the merchandise caused by time. Products damaged by an accident (rips, abrasions or burn damage). Normal wear and discolouration, UV degradation of the material over time, improper maintenance, misuse, alterations to the product or negligence will also not be covered by our warranty.
